Where and how are your products made?
All of our products are custom made to order in the USA using the finest gallery quality materials available. Prints are made using archival pigment inks and acid free heavy weight papers. Frames are hardwood. Acrylic glazing is UV coated optical grade. Canvases are float framed and have a 1/8" reveal between the canvas edge and the frame. All products arrive ready to hang with hardware attached. The utmost care is taken to make sure your art lasts a lifetime.
How long will it take to get my order?
Framed prints and canvases are made in under 10 business days. Holidays may add days, so order accordingly. Products ship from our production facilities in the USA. Extra large framed art and canvases may take up to 2 additional days due to slow freight shipping. Tracking numbers will be emailed when your order ships so you can plan for delivery.
I love a piece of art on your site and want to order a print with a gold frame and no window mat. Do you accept custom orders?
Absolutely- We are happy to provide custom orders, just email us with specifics. Prices may change to accommodate requests.
I would like to custom frame a piece myself. Can I buy a print?
Yes- email us or use the website contact form to tell us which piece you want. We will send you a special link for the print only order.
Why do you use acrylic instead of regular glass on framed art?
Acrylic filters 99% of UV rays and is scratch-resistant and shatter resistant. It provides more UV protection and less glare than glass and is lighter in weight. Acrylic should be cleaned with water using a damp, lint free cloth.
Why aren't your prints limited edition?
I started selling prints as a side to my professional advertising photography career. I didn't keep track of the sales as efficiently as I should have because I was focused on my bookings and shoots. In my experience, people love my images and would rather pay a reasonable price for an open edition image.
I live outside of the USA. How do I get one of your pieces?
We are happy to discuss shipping to global locations. Additional government/shipping taxes and fees will be the responsibility of the recipient. We do not recommend ordering large pieces for global shipping. Damage and delays are more likely and the shipping costs are prohibitively high.
Do you accept wholesale orders or do consignment?
If your shop or brand is a good fit, please get in touch with us via email. We are always looking for new opportunities and licensing partnerships. We currently sell wholesale through Wayfair and Perigold.com but have an open agreement.
Can I return my order?
All artwork is handmade upon order for you or your collector. As a result, order are final and non-refundable 24 hours after they are placed. Sadly, we can not accept returns or exchanges due to the small size of our business and the high cost of production.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours. All orders are custom made and can not be cancelled over 24 hours after the order is placed.
Can I blog or re-post your photos?
Yes but only if you contact us first, give full credit and provide a link to this site. Usage other than blogs and reposts with credit are not permitted without written permission. Each piece of art is registered with The United States Copyright Office.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax will only be collected on orders to New York State.
How much does shipping cost?
Orders are shipped free in the continental USA. Please send an email with order details and address to find shipping costs to locations worldwide. Please check your local laws regarding customs charges.
What if my order is damaged in transit?
All orders are packed with extraordinary measures to ensure safe arrival. In the event you receive a damaged item, please send a video or photos to us via email upon receiving your damaged order. Depending on the level of damage, we may ask you to return it to us for insurance purposes. We will make a replacement order but cannot offer refunds.
